Hanson Bridgett’s Drone Law Blog (Hoverlaw.com) examines issues arising from the commercial use of drones (technically referred to as “Unmanned Aerial Systems”). The focus is on state and local government regulations and legislation that impact commercial operators and users in California.  But we will not ignore rapidly developing federal law.

 

Steven Miller

Steven is a practicing attorney and partner in the Public Agency practice at Hanson Bridgett, in San Francisco, California. His expertise includes advising local government, as well as manufacturers and users, regarding the developing legal landscape, and the increasing opportunities for commercial use, of unmanned aerial systems (drones). In addition, Steven teaches legal writing and research at University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
